I Scream for Ice Cream!

OK - just made the ice cream-shaped cakes in the new tin - not keen on the Williams-Sonoma recipe (shall use own) but happy with the outcome. Made pink vanilla icing, choc icing & mint choc chip icing!!! Fab or what??!! Girls enjoyed them, although I believe they ate only the frosting (quelle surprise).

Anyhoo, happy happy.

Unicorns are not on the menu

Remember I told you about me baking unicorn cakes for a party? Well, no more - because I am doing ice cream cakes. Found ace tin in Williams-Sonoma that is 6 ice cream molds! The cakes are the cones, and the frosting is the ice cream!!! Might bake some tomorrow as a test run....so watch this space...
