Am thinking of changing the name of the cafe - just an idea - so I want everyone to come up with a hip new name and post it. All names will be considered, winner gets..um...cakes!..somehow I need to find a way to mail them.....

Had ace time this morning baking vanilla & choc cakes for party today, which just happens to be the Ariel theme, so check out all the sea creature picks I've used...Aren't they fab?! They also wanted the Brights frosting so I think that makes them look extra special. V happy with them.

Last weekend we made a 6.5 hour journey to Niagara to visit the Falls. Wow!! Fantastic! Then a short 2 hour journey later (by way of the vineyards) we arrived in Toronto & we were in a fab city THAT SELLS DAIRY MILK! (Check out pic - biggest bar IN THE WORLD!) Anyhoo, the point being, NO ONE SOLD CUPCAKES, so I am opening flagship Cafe in Toronto.....no really...

Talking of cupcakes, have a party to cater for in June....and the little girl wants unicorn cupcakes!!! How fab is that!!?? A bit of a tricky challenge, but one I am looking forward to with great enthusiasm...honestly...will post pics as and when......have a feeling I spelt enthusiasm wrong......

Decorations gone wild!! (but not really..)

Dearest cupcake lovers

Have just baked cupcakes for parties and look what I have used for decor! How fab are they??!! I have Cinderella-ish ones with slippers & crowns (for the Cinderella parties) and fish & sea-theme ones for the Ariel parties! How cool is that?? The kids will love them...I hope..

Anyhoo, have had a businees proposition to make desserts for a catering company....no seriously..I will do the desserts whilst 2 good friends of mine are in charge of appetizers & entrees....I think it could work, just the 3 of us in charge of our own areas, professionally done, lovely food..just need someone to cater for! Will keep you posted.....
