Here is a pic of a delish new cocktail we are making for my good mate M's surprise 40th birthday tomorrow - it is called a Watermelon Smash but we are calling it a 'Mare-tini" (those in the know will realize the name) . It's made from pureed watermelon, fresh lime juice, triple sec, absolute citron, shaken with ice...v yum and I enjoyed 2 of them in the "research area" of the martinis' developement!!
